The patterns and text on the bare glass bottle can be printed on by the following methods:
1. It can be printed on through silk screen. Screen printing belongs to hole printing, and together with flat printing, embossing, and gravure printing, screen printing is known as the four major printing methods.
Hole printing includes transcribed plates, perforated plates, inkjet printing, and screen printing.
The principle of perforated plate printing is that during printing, a printing plate (a paper film plate or other plate base made with holes that can pass through ink) will have a certain pressure to transfer ink through the holes of the perforated plate to the substrate (paper, ceramics, etc.), forming corresponding images or text on the substrate, such as oil&wine, oil bottom, sugar, coffee, tea, etc
2. It can be printed on by baking flowers. Another method of printing patterns on glass bottles - baking flowers, which usually involves decorating the bottle with patterns and then entering the oven for firing, ultimately allowing the patterns or text to firmly adhere to the surface of the glass bottle.
3. Heat transfer printing. Heat transfer printing is an emerging printing process
The printing method of this process is divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing. Transfer film printing uses dot printing to pre print patterns on the surface of the film. The printed patterns are rich in layers, bright in color, ever-changing, with small color difference and good reproducibility, which can achieve the desired effect of pattern designers and are suitable for mass production.
The transfer printing process uses a heat transfer machine to process (heat and pressure) the exquisite patterns on the transfer film and transfer them onto the surface of the product. After forming, the ink layer dissolves into the product surface, creating a realistic and beautiful appearance, greatly improving the quality of the product.
