1. Concept Overview

2. Process flow

Firstly, give a brief overview of the production process of glass bottles, which mainly includes: ① Pre processing of raw materials. Crush the bulk raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) to dry the wet raw materials, and remove iron from the iron containing raw materials to protect the quality of the glass Batch preparation. ③ Melting. The glass batch is heated at high temperatures (1550-1600 degrees Celsius) in a tank or furnace to form a uniform, bubble free liquid glass that meets the molding requirements Forming. The spraying production line for glass bottles generally consists of a spraying room, a hanging chain, and an oven. Glass bottles also require pre-treatment of water, and a particular concern for glass bottles is the issue of sewage discharge. As for the quality of glass bottle spraying, it is related to water treatment, surface cleaning of the workpiece, conductivity of the hook, the size of the air volume, the amount of powder sprayed, and the level of the operator.

(1) Pre processing section

The pre-treatment section before glass bottle spraying includes pre stripping, main stripping, surface adjustment, etc. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part should not be too low and insulation is needed, otherwise the treatment effect will not be ideal;

(2) Preheating section

After pre-treatment, it needs to enter the preheating section, which usually takes 8-10 minutes. When the glass bottle reaches the powder spraying room, it needs to have a certain amount of residual heat on the sprayed workpiece to increase the adhesion of the powder;

(3) Glass bottle blowing and purification section

If the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece are relatively high, this section mainly focuses on the product. Otherwise, if there is a lot of dust adsorbed on the workpiece, there will be many particles on the surface of the processed workpiece, which will reduce the quality;

(4) Powder spraying section

The most crucial aspect of this paragraph is the technical problem of the powder sprayer, in order to create excellent quality.

(5) Drying section

What should be noted in this paragraph is the temperature and baking time. The powder is generally best at 180-200 degrees, depending on the material of the workpiece. Also, the drying oven should not be too far from the powder spraying room, usually 6 meters is better.
