Can a simple glass have any other functions besides drinking water daily? Glasses actually have the magical function of distinguishing whether milk has gone bad. Nowadays, there are frequent problems in the dairy industry, and many people are worried about milk spoilage. However, due to the fact that milk is stored in the refrigerator, it is difficult for ordinary consumers to determine whether it has gone bad. In fact, using glasses can also distinguish whether milk has gone bad.
For milk with normal state and odor, it can be heated to 60-70 degrees Celsius. If layering, flocculation, and other phenomena are found, it indicates that microbial activity is severe and cannot be consumed anymore. In addition, there is a small method to identify the quality of milk: shake the packaged milk well, quickly pour it into a transparent glass, and then slowly pour it out. The surface of the glass will form a thick white wall film, which may have a small amount of bubbles, But there will be no hard lumps. Gently shake with a small amount of water, and the white on the cup wall will become even lighter. Rinse it again, and it will return to a transparent and clean state, which is fresh milk. If the milk film on the glass is uneven, and there are even small hard lumps visible to the naked eye, or if it cannot be thoroughly rinsed with water, or even needs to be wiped by hand, it means that the freshness of the milk and the quality of the raw materials are low and have deteriorated.
