In the production process of glass bottles, the raw materials used to make glass bottles are continuously heated by the kiln, all of which are melted, and then supplied to the bottle making machine below with different weights and types of materials through an automatic cutting and feeding machine to complete the production of glass bottles. The stability of the weight of glass droplets is crucial and can play a very important role in production.

Most of the kilns in the original glass bottle factory were semi gas furnaces, and the temperature of the glass liquid in the feeding machine's material bowl varied greatly. Therefore, the glass liquid pellets cut out were of varying sizes, and sometimes could only be slowly adjusted using an oil gun (steam jet) and observation hole, and then it was difficult to use after being guided to the bottle making machine mold. As a result, the defect rate of the glass bottles produced was very high, and the decrease in the yield rate also meant an increase in product costs, It also affected the development of glass bottle factories for a period of time.

In recent years, most glass bottle factories have converted their kilns to full gas, and the material ports of the feeding machines have also been replaced with electric heating (high-temperature electrically heated silicon carbon rods are installed in a certain proportion in the material pot to automatically adjust the temperature). The temperature change in the material pot can be controlled, and the material droplets supplied to the bottle making machine are very uniform and elastic, completely solving the stability of the glass liquid. This way, the material liquid is easy to use during the production of the bottle making machine, The yield of production has also greatly improved, and the efficiency of the factory has also increased accordingly. The glass industry is also steadily developing.
